Editable Template License Add-On

This listing is for extended license usage for ONE font from Mila Garret Studio for embedding in template end products (Templett, Corjl, Canva, etc.)

If you create end products for sale which allow further users to typeset with the font (editable text), this extended license is required.

TERMS

Purchase of one “Editable Template License” permits extended license usage for one font from Mila Garret Studio for embedding in template end products (Templett, Corjl, Canva, etc.)



Licensee is permitted to create end products for sale which allow further users to typeset with the font (editable text), where the font software is accessible and embedded only through the template (i.e. within the context of an application such as Templett, Corjl, Canva)


The license does not grant usage in web themes or websites for sale or used by additional end users (i.e. distribution and sub-licensing is prohibited). The fonts may be used in themes for sale as a showcase, but the end customer is required to purchase their own license.


The license does not grant usage in SAAS (Software as a Service) applications (Canva, Over, etc) where the licensee's primary end product is the software rather than individual templates. This license tier is designed for small business owners.


The font software may not be distributed, resold, shared, transferred, or modified.
 


All intellectual property rights remain with Mila Garret Studio and the licensee does not acquire any ownership/copyright of the font or font software.
